📦 Ordering
How do I place an order?
Choose your product, add it to your shopping cart and follow the checkout steps. After payment, you'll receive an order confirmation by email.
Can I have my own 3D file printed?
Yes, you can! Send your STL or 3MF file to shop@3dworksstore.com. We'll create a quote for you. After approval, we print the product and you'll receive an invoice.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn't started yet, we can often still modify or cancel your order. Once we've started printing, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
Are products in stock?
No, our products are specially printed for you after your order. This means each product is freshly made with care just for you.

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via iDEAL, credit card and other payment methods offered by Mollie. All payments are processed securely.
When do I need to pay?
For standard orders via the webshop, you pay directly at checkout. For custom orders (own files), you'll receive an invoice after production with a payment term of 14 days.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, you'll always receive an invoice by email after your order.
Is payment secure?
Yes, all payments are processed through Mollie, a secure and reliable payment provider. We don't see your complete payment details.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping costs?
- Netherlands and Belgium: € 7.10 per package (letterbox)
- Other European countries: contact us for current shipping costs
- Outside Europe: contact us for possibilities and costs
How long does delivery take?
The average production and delivery time is 7 working days after receiving your payment. This may vary depending on workload and product complexity.
Will I receive a tracking code?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking code by email to follow your package.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and other countries. For shipping outside the Netherlands and Belgium, please contact us at shop@3dworksstore.com for a quote.
Can I have my package delivered to a different address?
Yes, enter the desired delivery address at checkout. Please note: make sure all details are correct, as we cannot be held responsible for errors in the address you provided.
🔄 Returns & Warranty
Can I return my order?
For standard products from the webshop, a 14-day return right applies after receipt. Please note: products made to order (custom orders and approximately 90% of our range) cannot be returned, unless they are defective or damaged.
How do I return a product?
Contact us within 14 days at shop@3dworksstore.com. We'll then give you instructions for returning. Return costs are at your own expense.
What if my product is damaged or defective?
Report this within 7 days of receipt, preferably with photos. We'll arrange for replacement or refund.
Do you offer warranty?
Yes, we provide a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects. The warranty doesn't apply to incorrect use, self-applied modifications or normal wear and tear.
What are the return costs?
Return costs are at your own expense. We only reimburse return costs for defective or damaged products.
🛠️ Product & Quality
Why are small color differences possible?
Due to the nature of 3D printing, small variations in color, texture or dimensions may occur. This is normal and inherent to the production process. We do our best to make products as consistent as possible.
Can products be exactly the same?
With multiple pieces of the same product, there may be small variations. Each product is individually printed and may therefore differ slightly.
Which materials do you use?
We use high-quality 3D printing materials. For specific material questions, please contact us.
Are the products safe to use?
Yes, our products are made from safe materials. Please follow the usage instructions and don't use products in ways they're not intended for.

Do I need to create an account?
No, you can also order as a guest. An account can be useful for viewing your order history.
How do you handle my data?
We handle your personal data carefully according to GDPR. Read our privacy policy for more information.
Can I view or delete my data?
Yes, you have the right to access, correction and deletion of your data. Contact us at shop@3dworksstore.com
Will I receive newsletters?
Only if you give permission for this. You can always unsubscribe via the link in the newsletter.
