  • Customer correspondence: 1 year after completion
  • Custom order files: are deleted immediately after production, unless you request storage

Article 6 - Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide your personal data to other parties, unless this is necessary for the performance of the agreement or we are legally obliged to do so.

We use the following external parties:

6.1 Mollie (payment processing)
For processing payments via iDEAL, credit card and other payment methods. Mollie processes personal data in accordance with their own privacy policy.

6.2 PostNL and DHL (shipping)
For shipping orders, we need name and address details. These are only used for shipping.

6.3 Microsoft 365
We use Microsoft 365 for email, calendar, file storage (OneDrive) and communication (Teams). All data is stored in European data centers.

6.4 BasicWebStats (website statistics)
BasicWebStats is part of Prompt Media and does not store personal data, does not track IP addresses and does not use tracking cookies. It is a privacy-friendly analytics tool that only collects basic website statistics.

6.5 Sales platforms
For orders via Bol.com, eBay or Etsy, we share data necessary for order fulfillment. These platforms have their own privacy policies.

6.6 Hosting provider
Our website is hosted by a professional hosting party that complies with GDPR legislation.

All external parties we work with are carefully selected and have taken appropriate security measures. We conclude data processing agreements where required.

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device and store information.

7.1 Functional cookies
These cookies are necessary for the proper functioning of the website, such as remembering your shopping cart and login details.
